Our stay was quite enjoyable, especially due to the ski in/ski out accessibility and the spacious suite we had. The facilities were well-maintained, and we appreciated the variety of amenities available. However, the lack of air conditioning in our room made it difficult to manage airflow and comfort during the day. Additionally, some staff issues with maintenance responsiveness needed to be addressed.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! It's in an excellent spot right at the base of the slopes, which made skiing super convenient. The rooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for my family. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. However, there were a few things that could use improvement, especially the dated furniture and issues with laundry facilities that could be more reliable.
